Egg Cream
Step 1:
In an 8 oz glass pour about 1" of whole milk. (Whole milk works best, but you can use 1% or 2%)

Step 2:
Next pour in about 1" of chocolate syrup. (Fox's U-Bet is recommended) Adjust to desired sweetness.

Step 3:
Squirt Bariloche Seltzer Water into the glass. A white foam will form.

Step 4:
Stir from bottom.

Step 5:
Sit back and enjoy.

Matzo Ball Soup
Ingredients:
1 Cup Matzo Meal
1/2 Cup Bariloche Seltzer ( The secret ingredient)
4 Eggs
1/3 cup melted or liquid shortening
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Step 1:
Beat eggs together and add melted shortening, salt and pepper.
Step 2:
Blend in the seltzer and mix well. Using seltzer will make the Matzo balls fluffy and light.
Step 3:
Add the Matzo Meal and stir thoroughly.
Step 4:
Refrigerate one hour.
Step 5:
Form into balls and drop into boiling soup or 1 1/2 quarts of boiling water to which one tablespoon of salt has been added.
Step 6:
Cook for 20 minutes.
